#3: Empty Receptivity
Hello my groovy babies! Hope you are having a fine week and making the world a better place. Feel free to reply to this email, or comment on Substack if you feel like it. It will most definitely make me feel good and important.
I have been journalling since the age of 11. First got inspired by the kid’s show ‘My Little Pony’ as my favourite pony- Candy, the one with the purple tail, was doing it. The summers in my hometown were a bit lonely, there weren't many kids around and we didn’t go on many trips, while I desperately wanted wide adventures and something to excite my young soul. Journalling as well as drawing and reading were the few things that comforted me and kept me interested in my surroundings. They brought some drama and magic into the long summer days I was mainly spending alone. Sounds a little sad, but I believe this practice made me tuned into the world around me and essentially coloured my glasses in rainbow colours and opened the door into the world of my own psyche.
Quite a few years later I have now filled up many journals and I even dare to share some of it on the internet with strangers (but mostly friends). The reason I am doing it is because it’s in my Human Design to share what works and what doesn’t so we can move forward together and you don’t have to waste your time.
Here is why I love journalling: I can dump any shit, sometimes when I write something down it materialises, helps me to pick up patterns in my life, connects me to the higher Universe and I often receive valuable information in the process, I like to draw in my journal to support my writing, the thoughts that are down on paper have no power haunting me down at night, gets the creative juices flowing.
One of my favourite exercises that I occasionally do, which in my opinion is similar to pulling a Tarot card in the morning, is automatic writing. I call upon the Universe to write to me, through me, anything that I am meant to receive in the current moment. You pick up the pen, place it on the paper and just write without thinking. You let your hand do all the work and watch it glide on the surface. Often some weird poems come up, like this one. Bear in mind the Universe doesn’t care about making things sounds grammatically correct, but the message is important here. So no judgment!
You were born to do the work of guiding others, for what you discover in yourself first. The infinite cerebral, raw voice of consciousness, you fill it up to the top with LOVE. What you find in yourself would not easily be understood by others, for it only you will know when the time is right, and when is now. Do this every morning. I speak in riddles as the tide is here & the moon is far, but the angel has landed & now is now.
But how? You will ask & see the future of today will show you anyway.
Hands down, strange but also a beautiful and magical experience. Embarrassingly I didn’t even know the meaning of the word cerebral before my pen wrote it down. The infinite-raw-universal-intellect? Yeah, I’ll take that.
I would be very keen to read what your messages from the Universe are like. In fact, this is my challenge for you.
Wake up tomorrow morning, grab a piece of paper and a pen and sit comfortably. There is no to do lists, no schedules, no traffic, no mental noise. Take a few deep breaths and imagine that you are an empty cup, ready to be filled up. You are an empty piece of earth that nothing grows on, but you are nourished and receptive. Something beautiful can be planted there, but only if you stay in your courageous empty receptivity. A piece of earth that holds all the possibilities for abundance, or as we say in Bulgaria ‘плодородие’. Let your clear unburdened mind naturally connect to the Universe and and write through you. Place the pen on the paper and begin writing without thinking.
You can send the letters to me if you wish so, and we can together compose one big ass letter full of goodness and deliciousness. I get really excited thinking about it.
